Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PowerCurve Strategy Developer to design, develop, and optimize decisioning strategies using PowerCurve platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with PowerCurve Design Studio, API testing, and performance analysis, and will collaborate closely with development and QA teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance decisioning strategies using PowerCurve.
- Execute functional and performance testing using PowerCurve Design Studio.
- Identify, document, and track defects and performance issues.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to analyze and resolve defects.
- Validate APIs to ensure they meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on API and strategy design.
Required Skills & Experience
- 9-10 years of overall experience in software development or decisioning platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with PowerCurve Strategy Development.
- Expertise in PowerCurve Design Studio.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Familiarity with Swagger for API documentation.
- Experience with JIRA / XRAY for defect tracking and test management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
