Job Description
- 2+ years experience with progressive full life cycle recruiting in a professional services or management consulting firm.
- Demonstrated ability to generate candidate pipeline using progressive sourcing methods
- 1+ years technical recruiting in professional services environment.
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with the use of video. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
