Job Description

  • 2+ years experience with progressive full life cycle recruiting in a professional services or management consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate candidate pipeline using progressive sourcing methods
  • 1+ years technical recruiting in professional services environment.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with the use of video. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
