- Navigate U.S. visa statuses and tax terms (W2, 1099) with ease.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment process.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly with SI clients.
- Expertise in recruiting U.S. citizens and Green Card holders.
- Strong understanding of U.S. visa statuses and tax terms (W2, 1099).
