Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Website Manager who will own our online presence end-to-end—from website management to lead generation campaigns. This role is critical in building Vailexa’s brand, driving inbound leads, and supporting sales growth across North America.

Key Responsibilities

🌐 Website Management

  • Manage and maintain company website (WordPress/Webflow or similar)
  • Ensure website is updated, optimized, and aligned with branding
  • Improve UI/UX, page speed, SEO structure, and conversion funnels
  • Create and update landing pages for campaigns, clients, and services

📈 Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns targeting US clients
  • Run LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email campaigns
  • Generate inbound leads for staffing and consulting services
  • Work closely with leadership to support sales pipeline growth

🔍 SEO & Content Strategy

  • Optimize website for SEO (on-page + technical)
  • Perform keyword research (especially for IT staffing, data, consulting)
  • Publish blogs, case studies, and thought leadership content
  • Improve domain authority and organic traffic

📱 Social Media & Branding

  • Manage company LinkedIn page and executive branding
  • Create posts for:
    • Hiring campaigns
    • Client success stories
    • Industry insights
    • Events (RSA, Black Hat, etc.)
    • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity

📊 Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track campaign performance using tools like:
    • Google Analytics
    • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
    • HubSpot / CRM tools
  • Share weekly/monthly reports on:
    • Website traffic
    • Lead generation
    • Campaign ROI

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in digital marketing / website management
  • Strong experience with:
    • WordPress / Webflow
    • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
    • Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
    • Experience in B2B marketing (IT consulting & services preferred)
    • Understanding of US market and client targeting
    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred)
    • Strong communication and content writing skills
